At Pearlix, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the delivery at your doorstep.

Delivery

We process and ship all domestic orders within 3-5 business days, ensuring swift delivery to your location. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days, with some exceptions for remote areas where delivery may take slightly longer, typically between 7-10 working days.

Our delivery timings are between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays. To ensure secure delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive for your order upon arrival. If you’re unavailable, you can nominate a trusted individual to accept the delivery on your behalf.

Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available on the Pearlix website.

Shipping Charges

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders of Rs 500 and above. For orders below Rs. 500, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 60 will be applicable.

We accept exchanges for products returned in a saleable condition, with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, subject to the following terms.
